Adventures in Neverland Wk 1

Projects are now available. See below. Let me know which you want to work on.

Items with a 1 before them mean they can be done right away. 2 means something else needs to be completed first....and so on.

BUILDING (knowlege of tools and how to work with wood needed)
1. frame (one wheels/casters) for the "mermaid stone"
1. 3 beds (2ft by 5ft, height uncertain)
1. 7ft by 4ft flat (wood frame, canvass wall)
1. Framwork for french doors in Darling's Nursery

PAPER MACHE
2. Cover 'Mermaid stone" frame when built
1. fake rocks

PAINT
2. paint flats solid green
2. Paint rocks (mermaid and paper mache)
2. Doors in Darling's nursery

SET DECORATING
1. Putting up evergreen tree
3. setting out fake rocks when completed
? decorating set with greenery
1. putting up "greenery curtain" along top of black curtain
1. securing tree branches along back of Neverland platform
1. securing grass carpeting front and center on stage
3. Hang curtain between flats

SEWING
1. sewing indian costumes (bases, trim will be added when base is done)
1. Sewing/finding pirate costumes
2. adding trim to costumes

AUDIENCE
1. making and inserting "spacers" among seats for a more comfortable seating (talk to Joe about how this works)

PROMOTION
2. Taking posters around to businesses you frequent (I have to print posters first) Let's flood Manitowoc and Two Rivers and Valders etc with info!
1. Sell tickets

PERFORMANCE
1. sign up for volunteer tasks for performance (Book available Friday)

All of these projects can be done in the space at any time. Simple tasks will be available at all rehearsals. Take home projects are also available. Alternate times to come in and work can be arranged at nearly any time. Remember, 10-15 hours are required from each family during rehearsal and run. I am keeping track!
